What we collect
When you get a price or book: your name, phone number, address, the items you want cleaned, the day and time you pick, and any notes or photos you send.
When you text or call us: your number and what you send us.
When you visit the site: basic technical data like your browser, device, pages visited and a rough location from your IP address. If you tap "Use my location" in the price tool, your browser asks first, and we only use it to work out your area.
How we use it
To quote, schedule and do the job, send your invoice and photos, and follow up about your booking.
To send a yearly reminder or an occasional offer, only if you said yes. You can stop these any time.
To keep the site working and see which pages help people book.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.
We use a few service providers to run the business, such as our website host, booking and invoicing tools, texting and email services, and payment processing. They only get what they need to do that job.
We may share information if the law requires it.
Text messages
If you text us or book, we may text you about your booking: confirmations, arrival times, your invoice and follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We don't share your number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their marketing.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use cookies and analytics tools that collect technical data about your visit. Some of these tools are run by third parties. You can block cookies in your browser.
Do Not Track: browsers can send a Do Not Track signal. There's no common standard for it, so the site doesn't respond to it differently today.
Your choices
You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Text or email us and we'll take care of it, unless we have to keep something, like invoices for taxes.
How long we keep it
Booking and invoice records are kept as long as we need them for the business and for tax and legal reasons. Everything else, we delete when it's no longer needed.
Kids
This site is for adults booking a service. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. Big changes, we'll point out on the site.
